Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from or using PrecisionPrompt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase on PrecisionPrompt. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

What You're Buying

When you purchase a prompt pack from PrecisionPrompt, you're buying a digital product (PDF) containing AI prompts. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the prompts for your own work.

Intellectual Property

All prompt packs, their content, and the PrecisionPrompt website are the intellectual property of PrecisionPrompt. Your purchase grants you a license to use the prompts — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. The AI-generated outputs you create using the prompts are yours to use commercially.

What You Can Do

• Use the prompts for your own personal or business projects
• Modify the prompts to fit your needs
• Use the AI outputs generated from the prompts commercially
• Share the outputs (not the prompts themselves) with clients or team members

What You Can't Do

• Redistribute, resell, or share the prompt pack PDFs
• Upload the prompts to any public prompt marketplace or database
• Claim the prompts as your own original work
• Use the prompts in a competing prompt-selling product

Refund Policy

Haven't downloaded yet? Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@precisionprompts.io with your order details.

Already downloaded? If the prompts aren't producing the results you expected, email hello@precisionprompts.io within 14 days with the prompt you tried and the output you received. We'll either help you get better results or issue a full refund. Your license to use the prompts is terminated upon refund and we ask that you delete the PDF.

Delivery

All products are delivered digitally as PDF downloads. You'll receive your download link immediately after payment. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder and then email hello@precisionprompts.io.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay. Prices are in USD and include all applicable fees. No hidden charges.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The prompts are provided "as is." While we test every prompt and stand behind the quality, AI outputs vary based on the model, your inputs, and your specific use case. We cannot guarantee specific results from any prompt.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrecisionPrompt's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. PrecisionPrompt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of PrecisionPrompt after changes means you accept the new terms.
